I hadn't realized 'washroom' was Canadian,  
(I assumed everybody called it that!)  
 
My family is English, and at least in the North,  
the washroom is refered to as 'the toilet', or  
in a public facility having several, 'the toilets'.  
I recall confusing my relatives by asking for the  
'bathroom'.  
 
what did this have to do with amplifiers??
