The 4.7 uf and 10 uf caps on the left side side of the drawing can be miniature electrolytics, typically Mouser 140-XAL or 140-XRL types on p. 214 or 217 of the on-line catalog. The rest can be mylar or polystyrene pp. 243 or 245. I don't generally use ceramic disks for any sort of coupling application.
