Bill	Re: One for Steve Daniels I read RG's Scriptures too. I took Pauley's suggestion and put a 100k pot in place of the 8.2k resistor and tweeked it till I got 4.5V on Q2's collector. Removed it and measured it and found it to be 18.2k. To correct the Q1 base to emitter problem which resistor do I play with 33k or 100k. When it comes to the individuality of sound, there is no such thing as a perfect schematic, only a perfect starting point. Keep tweek'n guys.
