| Bill | One for Steve Daniels Steve, I bought a couple sets of matched Ge transistors from you to build a Fuzz Face. The "Roger Mayer" mod schematic calls for an 18k resistor in what you refer to as R5, but you recommend an 8.2k for the Fuzz Face portion of your Bear Face. Should I use 18k or 8.2k, and what difference would it make to the sound? thanks, Bill |
