MPS-A12 for MORLEY chrome Power-Wah-Boost
Hi,

After playing someone's Morley Power Wah Boost
(PWB) I got the idea to convert my Morley Vol-pedal (another one of these old chrome ones) into
a PWB-clone. It uses MPSA06 & MPSA12 transistors; the first type I can find but has
someone a suggestion for an (European)-equivalent for the MPSA12 ? It's a darlington and about any darlington might very well work I guess,
but I'd like to stick a bit to the original type.
BTW, might be better to pick one of these pedals up second hand, but they're not that common here in the Netherlands.

And about the LDR:

the vol.section uses a physically smaller LDR than the wah-LDR. Anyone has thoughts on this ?

One more thing:

I had a look at the Morley Power-Wha schematic at I thought the site of Stellan. Would it be worth while to go for this circuit ? It seems
to have additional control over the Fuzz section,
but then in a complicated way...

Thanks/bye,

Peter
