How Do I know what parts to get?

Alex | How Do I know what parts to get? I went to www.mouser.com and did a search for some of the parts I will need. The search brought at least 5 different types of the same part. For instance, I looked up a 0.047uF Capacitor and it came up as having 100V and 200V capacitors of the same type.
