| Synthbum | Joe Davisson's MOSWah... Just finished up stuffing an etched PCB and find the PCB/Parts jpeg appears to have the prescribed 2N7000 MOSFET reversed. Don't just drop your 2N7000 in with the flat side facing the 1M resistors like the diagram indicates. It will be in backwards. The diagram works for a BS170 but they're back-asswards from the 2N7000. Go to www.fairchildsemi.com and check their 2N7000 and BS170 data sheets to verify. My 2N7000's came from Mouser. I don't know their manufacture source but they do match the datasheet.
