chuck	Neutron whistle i built up the neurton w/ the single 9v power converter and it gives the high pitched squeal mentioned in the instructions. both mono input/out jacks, the battery is connected directly to the board w/ no signal ground connection. it even squeals in (true) bypass, not very loud though. if i move the bypass cords away from the power, it lessens, but not enough. i don't get any effect when the effect is on, just lower volume and alot more squeal (figure that out later i guess). i think im going to take out the power converter and go w/ 2 different power jacks (which is more of a pain). i can't see much way around this since bypass is a problem (not much though, but enough). just thought id ask before i do it to see if anyone has any opionions. could be something else i guess. thanks, chuck p.s. everything is getting the correct +/- 9v's though
