If the circuit is not as per the standard schematic then the usual advice may not apply. GEO http://www.geofex.com/stocklst.htm has a "Fuzz Face (tm); almost exact replacement physically" replacement PCB, as well as germanium transistors. You could replace the entire board for about $15.
