Re: tiny tripple bypass question
Thanks Pete and Steve, power supply will be the next step, after I get this led to work.

About reversing the diode, led and transistors...is this correct, I can't just reverse the transistors (2n3904) can I ? Don't I need to use pnp (2n3906 maybe ?) transistors instead of npn for a positive to ground circuit.

Too bad Jack had only an example of negative to ground...I hope his cd will have a positive to ground schematic too such as R.G.'s millenium.

The reason why I went with the tripple bypass was that I had those parts laying around and I understood the schematic sort of...the one R.G. made is still a litle confusing to me since I don't have a clue to what a low leakage diode is (yet :-) and when I found a P-channel mosfet in a catalogue, it costed 10 times as much as the 3 transistors I used for the triple bypass...
I know, I got a lot to learn...but one learns from his mistakes...and I make a lot of them ;-)

Peter.
