millenium2 led won't switch

millenium2 led won't switch
all,  
 
i just built my first effect utilizing the millenium 2 bypass, and i cannot make the LED switch off. the effect switches on and off, but the LED stays on. what could i be doing wrong? i have been tinkering around trying to discover my error for 2 days... please help!!!
