I haven't found J201's yet so I'm using MPF-102's...I've read somewhere that these aren't as hot as the J201's so maybe this is causing it. I'll try it again a few times, I'm sure I can get it working BTW I've read alot about transistors and pinouts EBC and what they do, why they do it and where they need to be connected. Is there any such source for FET's or are they basically just comparable with transistors ? Peter.
