Re: Why no chatroom for fx builders but one for amp makers?! We can all chat on IRC, if real-time chatting is what you're interested in. It's a simple matter to post up on this forum something announcing a chat on Undernet in #stompbox (or whatever) and for everyone to meet there on a certain night. I'd like to chat in real time with some of the guys like Doug, Aron, RG, and some of the other guys.   I am an op on #guitar on Undernet. I am sure no one would mind us getting on over there and chatting about DIY stompboxes, it could pique interest among some of the other guys.   Andy Bradbury (droid) builds tube amps, and I'm sure he could add to the discussion, as many of the other guys can. If anyone gets disruptive (not us DIY guys), we have the means to take care of it quickly.   #guitar is a well-maintained channel, and there are a lot of great guys, especially the ops.   I invite anyone there. I drop in usually on weeknights, after 8 p.m. I invite anyone there. My nick is Cajun.
