subbing a 2N3904 for a 2N3906 in wiring a led indicator using true bypass and DPDT
Hey i was wondering if i could use the 2N3904 in place of the 2N3906 using this schematic here:

...from Jacks site...also if i can, do i need to change the resistor values?! cause i know it shows a 10k resistor using the 2N3906.

thanx,
Johnathan

ps~what is the formula again for figuring out what value resistor needed considering you have the given forward current voltage of say an LED and the voltage value of the power supply...someone gave me the formula before but it was on the old stompbox forum.
