Craig | Glorfindel Does anyone out there have any information, schematics or such like regarding Mike Oldfield's 'Glorfindel' effects box? As far as I can gather, it's essentially a crude distortion box that produces a sweet, compressed sound like a pipe or a fiddle. The builder's name is David Bedford. I have been trying to reproduce this sound for years and no pedal on the market seems to do it. Any insight gratefully received. |
