Re: TS-5 to TS 808 tone control doesn't work In any equipment that has just been modded and now something doesn't work, the first thing to check is the mods.     If something doesn't pop out from that, try the   "Guitar Effects Debugging Page", also at GEO.     I suspect the capacitor in the tone control stage is disconnected or has a bad solder joint.
