I'm certainly not one of the experts here, but I don't think it matters much whether you use the MPF102 or J201 as a source follower in the Doctor Quack. Its just a buffer. BTW, I got fine results using an MPF102!  
 
Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong...
