This brings up a question, Zach are you saying "don't just give schematics to 'just' anyone"? Honestly, Zach is on top of his gear, I know from experience! He spends a lot of time looking after his product, as he should protecting his potential customers. [I'd hate to have some half cocked electronics cat (no ampage regular) build a clone and pass it off on me, I hate to be a sucker!] The act of cloning a product brings a mystic to the original. Maybe not flattery to the designer, but people aren't stupid (we want real "blackfaces" not "blackfaced" amps!) Think, Ibanez doesn't worry about tubescreamer clones, not even the ones produced by their PCB maker... This is the thing that worries me... Don't waste your time here at the ampage looking for weasles, look for supporters here. I invite you to look for "obscure inpiration" here in the future. We'd never copy artwork as we'd rather make a pedal with our own cosmetic character. We'd surely NEVER pass our own clone job off as an original!
