John D	Re: hard rock/metal Distortion/overdrive pedals?help!! I use a Peavey Rockmaster. It's a single rackmount, but it uses 4 tubes and it just plain rocks. I've seen them used for a little as $100. They have passive and active eq, so you can really set it to be a flame thrower. It has 3 channels and a crapload of effects loops. Nice piece and the tube sound just kills.     jd
