OK, I'm taking notes.  
 
There are one hundred and thirty seven ways to get pop in pedals. Some from defective parts, some from other pedals in the line, some from other parts in the same box that aren't connected, but get the RF or capacitive coupling of a sudden change.  
 
I'll write up the list. 8-)
