I bought a Jam Man there several years ago and they upgraded the memory, at that time around $100 if I recall. You also may be able to buy the chips yourself from a different source and upgrade it, the manual has instructions. You might try calling or emailing Lexicon and asking them, also tonight I will try to pop mine open and get the chip number and manufacturer.
