Switchcraft - good stuff in my experience, never had any problems with reliability.  
 
Must say though, Neutrik are more robust *and* cheaper, so I'd go with them every time.  
 
I use Van Damme cable for both guitar and speaker leads and I can hear the difference even if others reckon they can't.  
 
I'd second staying away from cheapo 1/4" connects - false economy.
