R.G. | Re: Press'n'peel or photoresist? One - two boards - use Press-N-Peel unless the features are too fine. I regularly get 15 mil lines, eight mil printing, and one line between pads on IC's. 25-30 mil lines is like shooting fish in a barrel. Four to 20 boards - use positive photo resist presensitized boards just because it's easier to do the processing correctly - no manual skill involved. More than 20 - get a board shop to print them. |
