In Australia it's made by Recoil, among others. I think it is carborundum dust suspended in oil. You put a drop on the screwdriver head. No more mashing up screws! It's helped me a lot. Some assembly places use it all the time. A mechanic friend thought you might be able to use valve grinding paste. I've used it to remove security screws from plugpacks with the 'wrong' screwdriver, it's so grabby.
