I have an aphex aural exciter(with big bottom) and it seems they are mixing something similar in those effects. Is the edison worth the 150. I've seen at some of the discount houses? I really don't want anything cheesey soundin! I have a modest set up with a yamaha MD8, a dbx compressor,the aphex,and a alesis midiverb 4. I'm wanting to spice up the stereoness of it.
