In Spain we have a publication in two big volumes about semiconductors with their equivalences, if any.     They are expencive, so must they be in Finland I guess.     Hope you understand my english, too...     By the way, the germanium OA and AA series should all work.   Those are the ones made of transparent glass with the colour code rings on them. Some were green bottle colored too.     Good luck in your search.     JC
