Boss SD-1 mods

Mitch	Boss SD-1 mods Mike , I tried that mod with the .047 to .1uf cap change and man the pedal sounds much better, more bass. I also changed one of the diodes to a 1n34 and put a 56 picofarad cap across the diode circuit to make it into a bounding circuit like the tube screamer. The outcome was great. I get this fat n juicy overdrive thats great for doing Lynyrd Skynyrd , ZZ Top or the Stones. The pedal now sounds much more like a overdriven tube amp and has that good touch sensitive feel. Thanks for your input as it did do a justice to this ol BOSS SD-1. ....Mitch
