A few years ago, a client asked if I could modify his Q-tron for an FX Loop. I got the pedal and designed in an FX loop after the first gain stage and before the Drive stage. I put it all inside the box and it did sound cool. Funny thing though, about 8 months to a year later, the Q-tron+ came out and wouldn't ya know it, it had an FX loop. Sometimes I wonder if my mod made somebody rich? I need to get a Q-tron+ and trace it out and see if it mathches my design. Or maybe I will put it on the net for free. If there is enough interest I will do it. CJ Landry
