ED | Re: LED power? Hi Greg, I would add up all your currents (ma./amps) and make sure your power supply has enough or more reserve to spare. Say you need about 850ma.drain I would just go for a 1 amp power supplyin that case you know, a little more head room for current is better that not enough, if you dont have enough, the effects will starve and you may get hum, unwanted distortion etc. You probably know this stuff, or you may not, but thats where I would start. I once had a Boss delay (Digital)and the store did not have the right adapter and so they sold me the universal model:^( it sucked big time so bad it hardly worked at all! So I demanded they get me the right one and they finally did at no cost to me. See the universal only had 650ma. max current, and the pedal needed 850ma. min. so if they even gave me a 1 amp supply it would have been ok, and of course the right voltage. good luck Ed |
