John | Re: Ibanez TS7 Question Just picked up one of these from the evil empire for $50 last week. Has the mythical 4558 chip. From my limited experience, it appears to slightly boost the low end, but the gain then shoots through the roof; more metal-zone sounding than TS. So far I'm really happy with the TS circuit; I've yet to tweak any of the output resistors, but will probably use RG's info to increase bass response. Regards, John |
