Unicord EC-100 Tape Echo

Dolan | Unicord EC-100 Tape Echo Has anyone ever heard of a Unicord EC-100 Tape Echo unit?It look's like a small amp head and has a little 8-track looking tape that say's Apollo Recording Tape.The tape was of course eaten by the capstan and I never could get the thing to work.Any info on this thing would be very welcome.
