If you're prepared to shell out $30, you can get a "correct" pot from Teese, Fulltone or Mojo.  
 
I tried a few pot values & settled on a standard 470K log. The sweep sounds good to me, but YMMV...I've changed most of the other parts values anyway. E-mail me if you're interested.
