| GFR | Re: gk2a pickup to hextortion The GK2A is not used only for Synths, but also for the VG-8 COSM modeling processor. It may be a fancy processor but it's still a processor and not a synth. I bet it has an analog output for each string. EVH once appeared at the cover of Guitar World magazine with one of these Ripley guitars. You can wire some of those strat bridges with built-in piezos to have an hex output. I know I guy who wound his own hexaphonic pickup and ran it through six fuzz boxes (this was on late 60's).
