Before the mod, the pedal sounded great by itself, lousy when used with other pedals(esp. overdrive). After the mod I noticed that the effected signal was quite louder than the straight bypassed sound. Adding a 100k trimpot before the switch allowed the two levels to match. It also needed 1M pulldown resistors on the output and input to avoid switch "pops". Now it sounds great with everything, even through the effects loop. Mark
