Yes, I know, as I mentioned in my original post and as some folks suggested: if I dime the amp, it'll work best, but my ears will suffer. I did try a couple of fuzz face pedals and some were more dynamic than others. Some cleaned up real nice, some were downright muddy. Thanks all for your advice.
