JR	Re: QWhat did you expect? I do like what voodoo labs has been doing. Rather than just rehash a popular vintage effect, at least they try to expand on them with some of thier clones. They did wonders with adding the resonence and filter controls to the super fuzz. Thay also added the much needed depth control to the CE 1 in thier Analog Chorus (I know the control on the CE 1 is labeled as "intensity" but is really a speed control). They have also responded to customer comments/complaints by adding LED indicators while keeping true bypass. They even added a volume control to thier tremelo pedals and changed the waveform from a board jumper to a knob on the top of the pedal. As for overdrives, my personal favorite is VL's. I don't own one, but made one from Arons(?) schematic. Nice and dark, not the Horrible (IMHO) midrange saturated TS type OD. Yeah, I know these are based on the DOD 250, but I think they sound much different, even if there is only "superfical" changes to the circut. Just my $.02
