marrk	AMZ tone control I threw this circuit together in about 5 minutes, and stuck it in a box with 2 jacks. I just finished laughing my ass off as I spent a good 45 minutes of shameless metal squeals,divebombs and other shenanigans with this thing after my fuzz face. It is amazing how the mid dip is positioned perfectly to remove the buzz and add a nice push to the low end. There are several versions of the circuit on the page. Try the one that uses the 47K resistor on the treble cap. There is a loss of volume through the circuit, as noted. I'll try and bring it back up with something like a LPB placed after it.
