Get a small amplifier or a midrange horn speaker driver and arrange to couple the sound from the thing into a plastic tube you hold in your teeth. You mouth the words into a mike while playing. Midrange horn drivers work nicely because you can readily get plastic tubing to fit over the driver output. With a small speaker, you need a plastic funnel or some such to neck it down to a tube.
