If you look in the Groove Tube book at the Fender schematics, there was a seventies Fender amp that had a tube graphic EQ, I don't recall the name (maybe a Super Reverb or Quad Reverb?). It had six 6L6 output tubes and a dreadful OD section. The EQ used inductors and a probably hard to find center tapped 100K pot for the frequency controls. May be worth a look.
