I'm not after a glassy clean boost, but one that will 'tip' an edge of OD NMV Marshall into crunch, without adding a lot of fizz or tonal colouration. Obviously this means that I'm looking at 'clean' boosters containing no clipping diodes or filtering. (Think Reef-style crunch, but not at ear-splitting volumes!) Chris
