| Roger | Re: Kaytrem I've built it, and I have an original. I used run of the mill transistors so you can substitute. I believe Jack Orman suggested a way to put a depth control in the circuit too and I found that it worked also. The sound is of a cross between round, fendery amp trem and the puffy on/off pulse of a Vox repeat percussion. Very useful, but not the BEST trem, if you're trying to emulate a Tremulator... The coolest thing about the original is that it's in a rocker pedal that you can adjust the rate with your foot. Other than that, it's an easy build. Roger |
