If it's the TubeDriver I think youre talking about (from Jack Orman's site, also look at the chandler tube driver thread) it's running on 9VDC (!!!) and uses opamps and one tube. Same one? Then build the schem, and for juice use a 9vDC adapter (actually I use 12V - sounds better, and the filaments are running within spec). The Vr is drawn in there, it's half the main power supply (4.5V, or 6) and pulled from between two equal resistors from + to mass, add a small filtercap.... See if you can locate this in the schem.
