It is in stereo too but are ganged to one control. Both unite work well for the aplication you desire. I won't play without one. I thought my bassman amp sounded good by itself till I hooked the BBE in with it. I also have a behringer ultrafex 2. I think its the best of the 3 sound processors I have. It comes in stereo and also has a surround sound processor that is really cool if you use 2 amps. Whe you stand out in front of the system, with 2 amps, you can wrap the sound right around your head with the surround sound. Well there you go. Good luck
