I saw a fuz pedal in the past that had diodes arranged like that, without a resistance to form a divider (Know what I mean), It was described as softer because the diodes would "swamp" the transistor out and somehow change the gain of the device. ? hmmm. I can't really rationalize what would happen, but it seems cool. It Is the electrolytic to the diodes backwards as there is only potential at the kathode of the first stage. Cool scheme! Eth
