Whit | Re: speaker emulator for recording Mark, There's all kinds of things out there to do this, but I've had good luck with a Hughes and Kettner Red Box. Usually run the Boogie direct out (or FX out) into the "box" and then off to the board. Mine cost about $100 Canadian, and has an XLR output to feed the mixer. Does a great Marshall 4*12 impersonation IMHO. I think the new ones (Red Box Mark II ?) have a switch for 4*12 or 2*12 open back settings. ... Whit |
