| Dave Stork | Yamaha DMP11 Obsolete IC A colleague of mine is searching for an IC as described below. Here's the relevant info as excerpted from an email he sent to me and some other folks: We currently have a Yamaha DMP11 digital mixer in for service that has a couple of bad active audio filter ICs. Tapping on them causes pops and clicks in the audio and sometimes they will start oscillating all by themselves. The Yamaha part # is XE275A00 and is now obsolete. The generic # as best as I can tell is an NEC LP20D9B6. The IC is a hybrid epoxy style part in a SIP package. It functions as the LPF in the front end stage of the mixer and is a +/-15V bi-polar unit. The research I've done thus far in finding a suitable sub has yielded mostly uni-polar +5V designs necessitating the need for additional circuit changes to implement the substitution. Any help with obtaining the original part and/or a more suitable sub would be greatly appreciated. If any of you can offer assistance, please post a reply here or contact me and I'll pass the info on to my colleague. Thank you. |
