I recently tested the plate voltage and idle current variances in a 69 "AA964" Princeton using 9 different 5 volt recto tubes. Big differences between types and within types. All 6L6's won't draw same current, so charts are very generic. Bottom line is that any change in one piece of the puzzle requires another look at the end product - bias setting.
