I just stumble through somehow, and try not to do any damage. But I'm quite fast at learning things from a small working example, and extending it from there. . If I tell you that I'm reading this page via Win 3.11 and Netscape 2.0.and that I don't have a programmable keyboard....can you explain how I use this code to highlight quoted bits of previous messages - as John is doing. I'm a bit cautious about typing in anything except straight text, in case I screw up the message parsing back at the server. - Stephen |
