Warren | Re: Voltage vs Tone Thanks for the help Benjamin, One more dumb question: Does the fact that the SR has 4 speakers rather than 2 give it more headroom therefore making seem louder? I have been gigging with this amp for the last five years and played most of the clubs in Hollywood and I have yet to be under-gunned. In fact most of the time the sound guy yells at me to turn it down before I get the volume to '3'. I messed with the negative fdbk loop a bit and that seemed to help get me a browner sound at a bit lower volume, but I wouldn't mind something with a little less power still. Would you recomend the Vibrolux, or is there another amp out there that would work better? Reverb, Vibrato and Twang are essential, but beyond that, anything goes. Thanks, Warren |
