"swooshing" noise in 77 SF champ

Colin | "swooshing" noise in 77 SF champ Hi all: I just finished a recap and Gerald Weber "tweed" mod on my champ. It sounds much better without the tone stack, but I now seem to have a "swooshing" (don't know how else to describe it) noise once the amp has been turned on for a few minutes. The noise only lasts for a few seconds then dissappears and all is well. It doesn't seem to be affected by the volume control and will do it with or without a guitar plugged in. Any suggestions??
